*We have just installed air conditioning in the suite*<br /><br />Guests have own suite on the ground level of townhouse. <br />Includes: bathroom w/shower+tub, living room, and separate bedroom.<br /><br />I can provide a double bed in living room. Please request this at time of booking.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE A TV/ ANY KITCHEN FACILITIES<br /><br />NOTE: I have two young children there may be noise in the morning, we try our best to keep it down.<br /><br />*Non smoking property. <br />Smoking (incl. 420) MUST be done 6m away from unit.
