I used to live here so I paid special attention to details. Location is excellent. Complete kitchen, comfortable bed + new bed sofa (2 individual beds), new bathroom, nice decoration, near subway and buses, but no street noise, 150mb Wifi, AC in Living Room and Bedroom (with ceiling fan too in the bedroom), HD TV with Chromecast, 5.1 audio, travel books, Nespresso Coffe machine, filtered water.
