Location, location, location!! The house/room is close to all you will want to do in Seattle. It is five minutes to downtown, the stadiums, Alki Beach,the water taxi, great West Seattle restaurants and shops, 17 minutes to the airport. The house is charming, circa 1908. The room has a new queen sized memory foam bed and a view, FYI it does have steep stairs. There is a mini living room/sitting room off of it that makes it like a suite and you have access to the rest of the house too.
