All you need.<br />Our 1 room apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center. It is in the ninth district, across from the Palais Lichtenstein with a lovely park on the Alserbachstrasse.<br />Our apartment offers you a small kitchen, which you can easily close up if not needed, a queen size bed, a 50 inch flat screen TV, a sleeping sofa (for 2 more guests) and high speed internet, as well as self check-in.<br />There are construction work in the building at the moment. Please be aware of that.
