Quiet environment right in the centre of the city, my property is 2 mins walk to both Phayathai BTS and Airport Link train stations, two stops away from the major shopping area in BKK(15 mins walk). You will have to walk up a few steps of stair as the unit is on the third level. The apartment has 24 hours security guards, with a common swimming pool. Overall I try to provide a homelike atmosphere. I live in the same compound so I'm happy to be of assistance should you need any.
