This 1924 bungalow-style house is in an old neighborhood a short walk from Lake Washington. The light rail to downtown (15 minutes) and the airport (26 minutes) is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood has lovely gardens and several restaurants in each direction. <br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: I have 2 cats, Momo and Percy. They are very social and may visit with guests.
