The building administration company has advised us that for a period of 24 weeks starting around the 15th of April 2026 and continuing until approximately the 15th October 2026, extensive works to rehabilitate both the exterior facade and interior staircase will take place. We would imagine that during certain periods, there will be moderate disruption. The hours permitted for these works are from 0800 in the morning until 2000 in the evening from Monday to Friday.
