The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep).<br /><br />The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building.<br /><br />As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful.<br /><br />San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. A short walk to Downtown, La Boca, or Museo Histórico Nacional, this studio is central enough for any stay in Buenos Aires.<br /><br />Near Metro Bus & other bus stops. Aprox. 2 km from subway.
