About this home
Hello. The available space is the entire bottom half of my home with it's own entrance in West Seattle. It's a secluded private home nestled in the hillside on Elliott Bay with an amazing view of downtown Seattle. The home was designed by Milton Stricker who was an apprentice for Frank Lloyd Wright. The home was custom built for the first owner and is uniquely mid century. The express water taxi to downtown (10 min boat ride) is right up the road from the house.
