Clean, quiet and spacious room.<br /><br />Please be aware that I also live in the apartment with my son/co-host Evan. Guests will occasionally encounter us. Guests have their own private shower room and sink right next to their private bedroom. <br />The spaces shared with the residents are two toilets, the kitchen and the living room.
