About this home
I have a room available in a large custom built three story 8 bedroom Mediterranean style house.<br /><br /> I live in the house with other tenants. I like to have the option to have a spare room for friends or AIRBNB guests. <br /><br />The house is in a very safe neighborhood on a cul de sac. Sony studios is a few blocks away as well as restaurant row in downtown Culver City.<br /><br />This is not a party house and everyone is respectful to each other. Please respect the privacy of the long term tenants.
