Our recently renovated front patio comes equipped with an outdoor charcoal grill, gas fire pit, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. <br /><br />*Outdoor patio hours are from 9am - 10pm<br />*Only guests under the reservation are allowed to use the front patio. No parties or events are allowed <br />*Strict quiet time after 10pm sharp<br />*Guests are required to clean-up after themselves when using the front patio & grill<br /><br />We respect the privacy of our guests but are only a phone call or text message away!<br /><br />The cottage is nestled in the quieter, residential area of Belmont Shore and close to Bay Shore Beach. The town’s main street, 2nd Street, is a short walk
