You will be in walking distance to the promenade and shops, close to the hustle and bustle of Sea Point and Green Point main roads. On the "MyCiti" bus route, close to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the vibrant city of Cape Town.<br /><br /> My place is a bright, homely peaceful spot.<br />Long stays (28 days +) incur extra expenses as in Wifi, Electricity and water.
