Unit is not shared<br />-security cameras on the outside of the building<br />-Please no noise or congregating in back of property or driveway out of respect for our other guests, keep in mind quiet hour after 10pm<br />-please ask permission or if you have any questions about using anything outside of the unit, you can do this through Airbnb message or text<br />- parking for one standard size vehicle<br /><br />The building is owner occupied so we live on premises and are very easy to reach for any accommodations you may need<br /><br />The apartment is less than 3 miles from Fabulous Forum, the NEW SoFI stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.<
