The room has a brand new comfortable double bed and workspace and has access to front porch seating.<br /><br />Bedroom is next to my home office area where I work during day. This first floor area is not shared with anyone else at night.<br /><br />Kitchen is small utility kitchen only- and not for cooking or food prep. There is no dining area on this floor- kitchen and dining are upstairs.<br /><br />Paid street parking is available.<br /><br />Guests should not bring in friends /other guests to the house without speaking to me.
